This page has been designed to give prospective university students, who are interested at studying a Mathematics degree at the University of Surrey, an introduction to two of the courses available in the first year.
This website is aimed at students that have studied mathematics up to A level standard. There are lots of interactive examples (a reasonably recent version of any Java-compatible web browser is needed) to let you try out the method discussed (by entering your own numbers).
